Eating for Health
Whenever people want to lose weight, it almost seems as an emergency wake up call of sorts, they want to lose all the weight they gained from a life time, in a minute. The key to permanent weight loss is changing your eating habits, cutting down your portion size and eliminating the junk. Give yourself a long term goal, and start by taking short term steps.
