Digestion how important is it?
Many people are not aware of the importance of proper food combination. Without the proper enzymes your body cannot digest what you eat, this in turn creates problems which leads to fat storage and sickness. Animal Protein places strain on your digestive system, it creates all sorts of issues in your intestines and carries it over into your blood supply. Protein and carbs have two different enzymes which neutralizes each other and the final out come is fermentation. One of the reasons people feel tired all the time is because their bodies are constantly digesting and this in turn prevents your bodies ability to fight disease. Small meals properly combined will not only help you loose weight, it will also keep your metabolism working properly and give you better health. If you have problems digesting it is recommended that you take enzymes to help it along, but remember to eat small amounts in one sitting and to learn the rules of food combining.
