Protein Myth

We have been programmed to believe we need animal protein to survive and lots of it. The truth is no one has ever died of protein deficiency, in fact we in the USA have more diseases caused by excess protein than anywhere in the world. From the crazy commercials with the milk mustache, or the over bearing meat pushing advertisement, we are being sold death instead of truth. I am just bringing awareness and in no way pushing my vegan beliefs on anyone, but next time you wonder why you are so sick and tired, take a look at what you are eating. We only need 22% of your caloric intake from protein, of which eating a diet high in plant based food will give you more than you need and you will be helping save the planet and your health.
