Health Starts In Your Head
Many do not realize that a healthy mind in turn creates a healthy body. If we are constantly complaining and thinking negative thoughts, every cell in your body reacts and in turn creates diseases. If you take a look at most individuals who are ill, they are either depressed or have a very negative outlook in life.
The way to change your immune system besides trying to balance the way you eat and getting some sort of exercise, is to learn to think healthy thoughts. By programming yourself to negate all the troubling thoughts or feelings of doom, you can teach yourself to live in a healthier realm which in turn will help your body stay healthy. You notice that when you are stressed, shortly after you get a cold or some sort of ailment? This is not mombo jombo, it is a fact.
Learn to redirect your thoughts by creating mantras that will help you stay focus on the positive. Take a few minutes of your day and go through a list of things that you are grateful for. I know many of you have a hard time with this and can only see the negative, but I know you can find somethings in your life that make you happy and that you are grateful for. Do things that make you happy, make it a point to engage in things that bring a smile to your face. Whenever you have a negative thought sneak in, say out loud: " negate, negate, all is well in my world".
A healthy body starts with a healthy mind, you need to start seeing the glass half full instead of half empty.
